Thankfully we had a beautiful evening for their session at a location I stumbled across last summer with Jason. We’re excited to photograph your Chinese tea ceremony and wedding in Fort Langley this August!

We had such a fun evening with Charlene and Wayne for their engagement session at Cultus Lake in Chilliwack . I just love the mountains and lake, it’s also a common place they hang out. We had a perfect sunny Spring evening, in summer this place would be packed.

Wayne met Charlene at a small group Bible study he was invited to. Later I found out, it was Andrew, one of my former classmates who invited Wayne. They had their first date at Harrison Lake and this February during Valentine’s weekend Wayne proposed to Charlene there. She was pretty sure what was headed her way when Wayne suggested they go to Harrison ;) We’re looking forward to photographing their wedding this summer in Harrison as well!

I’m so happy to get back to shooting couples after the slower winter season! Michelle and I actually went to the same high school together though we’re a couple years apart so we never met til now. Michelle and Jordan met a few years ago at a party with mutual friends and he proposed this Valentines. He cooked her a delicious steak dinner and joked to me that she had potatoes on her face when she looked up to a ring box open. So sweet and completely surprised her.

Fast forward 1.5 months and here’s the first engagement session of the year! Love you guys and can’t wait to see you tie the knot this July :)
